under seatbelt...look in the rear glossary and go to the "seatbelt chime disable" section.

I did it on an 09. I didn't hear any conformation chime. But I drove off w/o the seat belt and it didn't chime... so it worked...

Yes correct. I though the tilting in reverse was just an overland thing.
