Re: jeep commander temperature sensor

the dealer told me to try to update the software but for me is stupid to spend 70 euro to do this and if is not working then buy a new sensor...
it is expensive?
thanks

Re: jeep commander temperature sensor

I just made a post about this same issue in the Cherokee forum. My 2009 GC did the same thing last week. It was like 41 in the morning and read that all day even when it was up in the 60's. The update was the recommended fix. I have not tried it yet as it appears after a hour long drive, it started back to its normal operation of reading the right temperature.
