03 liberty limited-washer fluid and fan/blower/heat/a.c. issues

Hi, I am new to this forum. I own an 03 liberty limited and am having some issues with the front and rear wiper fluids not spraying. I also am having trouble with the fan, I have to crank it all the way to 4 to get anything from the vents, either heat or ac. A.c. is not blowing cold air either. I have checked the antifreeze and it is full. I have read the wiper fluid problem could be either the fuses or the pump?? I'm not too concerned with the a.c., probably just needs a recharge but the blower/fan not functioning unless cranked to 4 is a problem. Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks!

Pick up a cheap Haynes, etc. manual will help.

Washers
If you open the hood, you should be able to hear if the front windshield pump comes on when you invoke it. You MIGHT want to have a helper do this as you listen for a tiny motor noise. If you can get the fluid bottle out, clean it. This could just be crud keeping any fluid from getting out the filter at the outlet. If that IS the case, you may have to unhook the washer tubes and figure out how to flush them... You can replace nozzles that are too clogged, although a small piece of steel "piano" wire can be used to carefully declog them.
Since neither works, the most likely suspects would be a fuse if common to the pumps, or a clog at the bottle.

A/C
The blower fan may be the resistors setting at the fan location, usually located right at the fan, and usually a bit of a pain to get at without a repair manual.

The AC you could check yourself, or just pay an AC shop to leak test, pump, and refill since leak checking and filling requires a manifold with high guage, low guage, to do properly. The manifold is about $100 at auto parts stores, which is about what a typical A/C shop will charge.
