2004 jeep liberty 3.7 liter overheating

the liberty is overheating with no hot air to the cab. Up to now the radiator, heater core, thermostat, water pump have all been replaced. coolant has been replaced and a flush has been done. I am into it for $4000 still the issue has not been fixed, I hate giving the dealership money for doing nothing. I figured out that I am stubborn and willing to drop a bit more money to fix this problem.
When driving in the city it is not overheating, when you get it on the highway it overheats. Move to the slow lane to control the temperature, it does drop but still over operating temperature.
Can anyone be of help?

Coolant fan working? also not to question your mechanical skills but did you install the thermostat in the right direction?

Did you change all those parts because of this problem, or did this problem start after replacing one of these parts? Don't know the liberty engine, but is it possible to install the acessory belt in a wrong way, which could make the pump run backwards?

I'm really surprised that the dealership can't find a solution.

Do you have the Mopar trailer package? Then you could have a problem with your electric or clutch fans.

I've had overheating problems with my 04 KJ too but it was while driving slow in 4WD or while towing.
My KJ has the trailer package c/w a clutch fan and an electrical rad fan.
My problem was the electric fan had failed. Also I had too much mud in my rad too.
