2004 Liberty AC/Heater Control Problem

The AC Heater control has defaulted to a defrost and floor setting. The panel vents in the front are not blowing air. My thought is a vacuum operated servo or maybe the control on the front itself. From what diagrams I have obtained it appears to be a major job to change anything on the AC/Heater unit. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for listening.
