Knocking noise - New Jeep Owner-

Hey everyone; I'm new to Jeeps but I have what seems to be a common issue but would like a confirm since what I have read could be taken many ways. My 2010 Jeep Liberty Sport starts up great in the cold and I always let her warm up, what I notice though is when I put it in drive a few seconds later I hear this thumping/knocking type noise for a few seconds and then it goes away. It has no affect on performance and only seems to happen after sitting for a bit. Is this normal or should I take her back to the dealership to be checked out, truck is under full warranty...

Thanks for your thoughts....

Since its under warranty, take it back to the dealer. it may be nothing or it may be something???? This way its not on you..... That's why God made warranties!
