liberty 2.8 crd injection pump

I,m stuck. I have removed the timing belt cover and the alternator but I cannot get to the bolts that hold the bosch injector pump in place. They are hidden behind an alloy shroud that seems to be part of the bracket that the alternator was bolted on to. Does this bracket come off somehow? It,s a U.K model liberty 2.8crd. The engine arrangement is more or less identical to the U.S version. Has anyone removed the injection pump from this vehicle before?
