Liberty Trouble code issues

New to the site and having some issues that I wanted to run by the group. Had trouble code P0340 so replaced the Cam and Crank position sensor. Check engine light still on but now getting a P0720 code. Cleared the codes with a code reader now its not throwing out any more codes but the check engine light still on. I'm I missing something?
