morning...grinding noise

I have a 2008 jeep liberty and I am hearing a grinding noise like I need tires but replaced the tires and still hear grinding noise when I drive at any speed. could it be transmission? thanks in advance

Welcome to the garage.
A grinding noise can be.many thing. Can be differential, drive shaft CV joints, wheel bearing or even something simple as a stone stuck in between a brake disc and the back plate. It could be from the T-case, propeller shaft joints or eventually the transmission.
If you could pin down the place the noise is coming from (front/middle/rear/left/right) we could rule out some possibilities.
You could start checking fluid levels from diffs, T-case and transmission just to be sure that that's all ok.
