88 Cherokee idle issues

Hi guys. I bought a 1988 jeep Cherokee and it had a bad motor so I put a long block in it. I have completed the swap. Now I'm having some idle problems. When I start the vehicle up in the mornings or after it has sat for awhile the idle goes from normal to almost dying and it does die sometimes. I have read that idle is set by tps and Iac. Just seeing if anyone else has had this problem. Thanks
