Coolant problems

Hey guy's my coolant overflow tank is "overflowing" lol it's running 195 to 210 so it's not overheating. I checked oil for coolant and there isn't any in it. It has a new cap and water pump. What could be causing this issue?

Re: Coolant problems

Do you see air bubbles in the coolant? Can be a blown head gasket or cracked head.
After cooling down, check the fluid level in the radiator. Most probably it will be low, while the overflow tank is still full.

Re: Coolant problems

I checked it and it was low. I didn't see any air bubbles in the coolant but it hasn't done it since
I put the new cap on it and I just put a 180 thermostat in it today
