Help pricing my 2001 Jeep Cherokee

Hi Jeep Forum folks! The sad time has come for me to sell my Jeep. I need help pricing my 2001 Silver Jeep Cherokee Sport, 60th Anniversary Edition. As Iíve researched market rates for this particular car, Iíve found that pricing is all over the place. Any help in figuring out a selling price would be most appreciated! Some info about the vehicle below. Happy to provide any other info that might be helpful.

Clean, in good condition. Some scratches on body (primary near rear right taillight)
2nd owner of the vehicle (original owners put little mileage on the car)
147K original miles, 40K new (rebuilt engine 105K)
Automatic transmission
4x4
6-Cylinder
Power windows & locks
Regular oil changes every 2,000 - 4,000 miles
Regular tire rotation
Great maintenance over the years, with records:

2016
New Crank Sensor
New Battery
New Starter
New Oil filter housing gasket + oil Change

2015
New all weather Michelin tires
New Rear rotors and brake pads

2011 - Rebuilt top half of engine at 105K

the market for old XJ's is shrinking. remember you jeep is 16+ years old. Haven't seen it but being a jeep lover myself, I would not offer over $3500 for an 01 even in real good shape.

Sadly the car was totaled before I could sell it If it's of help to anyone, the insurance company valued the car just shy of $6K (I'm based in NorCal). Now that I'm in the market for a used car, I'm finding used car values are kind of bananas. Everything is priced wayyy higher than what is listed by KBB.
