size wise 235/75R 15 is about the biggest tire you can mount without modifications. I would get M&S tires if you live in the snow belt or go off road. If you mostly driving on the highway then street tires.

Re: What kind of tires should I get ?

Go for a more aggressive tire you can fit. We have a 01 Cherokee Sport (from new) and I went with several all season tires and as good as the Cherokee is off road, the tires didn't hold up. Our Cherokee with aggressive off road tires is a completely different off road (and on road) animal. What a difference and highway noise isn't that noticeable to make a difference on how much better the Cherokee goes in snow now.
