Rob if there's someone in that area who can grab your OBD data I'm sure they'll chime in. If not soon enough, you may want to pay an independent to pull them before dropping your new car off at the dealer. It shouldn't cost much, and information is power. Unfortunately, getting dicked around at the service department if probably the biggest complaint from Jeep owners in Australia. That and long waits for less common parts. It's the latter that caused me to suggest demanding your trade be kept on hold.
If you decide to grab a cheap OBD dongle to pull the codes yourself tomorrow morning, there's a lot of help here on getting it up and running on both Android and iOS devices. For Android buy a Bluetooth one, for iOS get a WiFi one.
