Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

I use the Castrol washer fluid, and also a little of the Rain-x product which is designed to work with any brand of additive, works a treat.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

Anyone know a way to set the mirrors to stay closed above 15klm/h. 4wding down tracks you pull them in with the mirror button and as soon as you go over about 15klm/h they open back again.
Drove me insane on the weekend.

Wish I could lift the car up manually, so it doesn't lower over 65kph

Oh yeah... that "feature" shits me no end. I also don't want Aero when I'm pelting along a gravel road. You can actually get the front mud flaps to ground out!

Tell me about it! I've got the customtronix lockpick - and I'm hoping they might one day make a fix for that.

I want the opposite, Aero and eco mode at low speed.

Isn't Eco mode available at all speeds, except in sport?

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

Why not just put in the modified arms available for the Quadralift potentiometers? Some have done DIY shortening, but I don't recall a job that didn't make me cringe a little!

I'd do it to raise the car... however any upwards tweaking is very likely to preclude using OR2. Now the problem becomes that it's probably not possible to tweak far enough to make OR1 as high as OR2. That would mean maximum height would be lower in the highest usable setting, now being OR1. Also, the car would be a bit high for everyday use and geometry might be a PITA.

LLAMS? Where are you?

Cheers,
Steve
