And so you should with that kinda cash being thrown around .. Just a shame that they probably will sell the rejected quicker and you have a hefty wait again.

Good news Jeep officially are completely out of WK stock. There are 156 total Grand Cherokees in NSW left at dealer level with an average of 250 sold per month.

If my math is correct put simply from 3rd week May to end of June there will be NO Grand Cherokees available to actually sell yet there is an expectation that we still reach our targets.

My sales rep is trying to obtain my elusive E number. It would appear from recent posts that we are finally on the move. Keep up the good work Milous.
Hi Rocky, so are you with Jeep?

Hey Milous, you seem to be the go to guy. How do I upgrade my membership? For some reason I couldn't see the option on the website.

trajcem,
select "User CP" from near the top of this page, then scroll down to "Paid Subscription" in the left side menu - go from there!!
Cheers.

I agree it's not a direct comparison. I'm going to stick with Toyota... It's a brand that has never let either me or my parents down, over many generations of vehicles. I've never owned a Jeep but the evidence being presented to me (even from many mechanics opinions) is very poor... So I'm out.

US 2013 reliability report on all makes... And first hand ex-dealership managers quote.

You appear to be a dedicated Toyota fella, as am I with the reliability and resale Starting in corollas working way up to cruisers over the years .. Don't you find them very very bland at dated now ? Especially the d4d? The whole package tear days are Completely underwhelming.

Toyota reliability has been slipping for many years. Not to mention their cheap interiors and un-intuitive controls/layout.

Wow, you'd give up a Jeep SRT (fun factor = off the charts) for a ...LOL...Toyota?? (fun factor doesn't even register a blip).
Your opinion. I've owned Toyotas for many years and never been disappointed... I wouldn't buy a GC for offroading, one look under it and I'm convinced I'd break it. I'm not trying to convince anyone else, I wish you all the best and I hope my intel proves wrong.

Milous, the US reliability report would disagree with you. It has been brought up earlier on this forum, so I read it. Toyota, Lincoln and Lexus are top three for reliability... Jeep is in the bottom three... That was then backed up by an ex dealership manager who was being honest to me and told me to steer clear... And then finally a bunch of mechanics have warned me.

These aren't my opinions. So don't shoot the messenger...

SRT made me go all funny in the wee wee on a long drive... But I'm not keen on blowing $90k+ on a car that all the above evidence says will disappoint me with reliability.

I'm just saying.

Milous, can you post that "tracking link" again so I can find an Aussie Overland CRD to copy and paste to prove to my dealer that they are in fact being made and shipped right now.
I have just emailed my dealer and he has just responded believing these first cars will not be orders but cars for press & test vehicles. I would like to copy & paste an Aussie Overland CRD example to him to show that Aussie guys have E numbers and are tracking right now. Thankyou.

Just wondering how objective this "reliability report" is?
As for the ex dealership manager and a bunch of mechanics, that is subjective.
