Hi yoda,

Does your Limited with the Lux package include the ventilated seats?

Cheers.

MILOUS....am I in the correct tracking thread because I cannot see any Overland CRD'S tracking as yet?

Thanks yoda!

Ok, I've been hassling my dealer about an E number and he said that nobody has an E number yet in Australia because Jeep Australia aren't handing them out. He then put a disclaimer on the end by saying if you can find out how these other customers got an E number then he will try and do the same.

So, can anyone explain how their dealer got them an E number?

Cheers.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

Hi all. I met Paige at Jeep Castle Hill. Very pleasant and helpful (not bad on the eyes as well ).

Paige mentioned that if a group order was to be made, in order for a discount to be effective, we would all need to present ourselves at the same time in Castle Hill. Can't remember who was organizing this.

Chrysler Australia sent out an email today to all dealers advising them that customers are obtaining information about delivery/build/tracking status from this website and that it is unreliable and should be ignored. What BS!!!

Having said that, the E number I was given earlier this week that turned my Cherry Overland CRD into a Silver/black version is now redundant (belongs to someone else) and they have supplied me with a new E number (not all that different from the original) that they swear is for a Cherry Overland CRD, but (sadly) with a black interior, not the Beige one I ordered. Apparently an ex-employee stuffed up (how convenient!!) Have yet to decide to tell them fix it, as the delay will be significant!!

So, to get an E number, be a squeaky wheel and hassle the dealer. Once your vehicle has been ordered on the factory, an E number has been issues - you just have to get it.

ha ha .. ignore this site but in the mean time we will just keep screwing up your order and telling you nothing.. WTF ! this is such a poor customer relationship experience for many here.

Hi Cptslobodan, I see you found the post, have you placed your order as yet if not put what you want on the list, Paige also reads this forum Beggsy

I don't like the Mercedes M class but it may still be the only option I have to get back on the road that fits most of why I am buying the car.
We got rid of the Amarok at the beginning of year.. Thought we would be fine running on one car and it was ok-ish until a couple of weeks ago when it finally got the better of us. We went to our selling dealer and explained the situation to the dp and he offered to do a deal. chose a 2005 Astra sedan at wholesale price. Given that it was wholesale he said we would be able to sell it privately when the GC comes and make some cash, and if it doesn't sell they will buy it back guaranteed.. They even threw 6 months rego on it as it was expiring next month so that will keep us going .. Go in and have a chat to your dealer to work something out if you have some spare cash to set aside .. Potential way to make some cash but if not Kinda like a loan car with a bond if you will lol

Least they can do for committing to buy from them in good faith
