in the centre armrest console. Takes up about 90% of it with only a small recess for a mobile phone.

As for the tow hooks, just wait for the '14 trailhawk, seems this is exempt from the silly pedestrian laws.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

I'm not sure if you will be able to buy the '14 with the tow hooks, but my understanding is that the tow hooks will be able to be fitted after market as the '14 has the brackets already installed and you can buy the tow hooks OAM from MOPAR.

When I checked out the '14 LTD GC overseas(no tow hooks fitted), the lower fascia had what looked like two removable covers to cover the lack of tow hooks. I believe you will be able to remove these covers which will then allow the tow hooks to be fitted after market but it will appear as though you bought your GC with them fitted.

Milous, can you confirm what I have said and that the tow hooks will be able to be added, a project for the handyman that takes about 1.5-2 hours as per this thread?

Ethical and honest? Real Estate Agents are one of the least trusted professions in Australia

No. It couldn't be true. The latest survey on ethics and honesty places car salesmen last.
I just don't believe it.

At least accountants rank higher than lawyers !

Forums like this help even the playing field when dealing with salesmen. Although I will say I am comfortable with my dealer.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

Car company executives would rank below used car sales people.
But as they received a ZERO score, they did not appear on the list

Am I reading this correctly, are the LED daytime lamps going to be accross the board? (well at least on the Laredo CRD?)

I thought the LED lights were only for the Overlander and higher models? I hope you're right. I like gimmicky things like that.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

Hi Guys first post, please be gentle.

From the information I currently have (subject to change at anytime) the Laredo is the only model not getting the new headlight cluster. However still has the daytime driving lights just not LED.

If you have any other questions please shoot me an email and will do my best to get the information.

Kevin,

Not sure where in Au you are located, but true to his word, My dealer principal called me today with our E number. Worth calling your dealer again and ask the question.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

The elusive E number is correct, again I stress I can only comment on the information I have. The E number does exist, it has to exist for Jeep AU as they also need to track vehicles.

How do you get one, you ask, well I am currently trying my best to get them for my customers and once I do I will be happy to pass on the process.
