He can only yell, it is the side effect of having balls that big to order a car without ever driving it.

Nope, not me. When I bought my 2006 Jeep SRT back when it was released I had never driven one. The Jeep SRT was unveiled at the 2005 SEMA show in Las Vegas. That was the first time I had seen one in person. Seconds after I looked at it I said I had to have it! Ordered one when I got back and took delivery a couple months later. I was at the dealership before the truck arrived, signed the papers during prep, and drove it off the lot without a test drive. Couldn't have been happier!

They seriously need to remove the "Are you ready to take a look at the new Grand Cherokee? Contact your local Jeep dealer today!" tagline!... just a bit misleading...
Yes must go down as one of the most badly managed releases of all time.
Customers have orders placed, its been out in public domain for 5 months, they are bloging about it... yet you cant get a spec..you cant get a date.. you cant get a firm price.. old stock is running out.. waiting lists are growing. .. mixed info from dealers depending on who you talk to... what a cluster f !!!

AND some dealers say they are holding back our orders in the US till they are sure the old ones are all sold. Haven't they heard of run out sales every other car brand does to get the new revs up?

MILOUS..went into this link and it is referring to adaptive forward lighting to help look around corners being able to turn 15 degrees. Does this mean some Aussie models WILL be getting adaptive headlamps as on the US Summit. First time I have seen Australia getting this feature....can u help out here.

Post 1643 has the Link in blue type.....anyone else read this and can shed light on the adaptive headlights?
After entering the link select...."New Grand Cherokee-great look" to see the reference to adaptive forward lighting.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

MILOUS and other readers, sorry but I am starting to smell a rat with respect to this link because under the point referring to "luxurious leather" it is referring to "Natura plus leather". I am starting to conclude this is just sloppy "copy & pasting" into the site. I don't know who loaded this site but not good to falsely raise people's expectations. We have been messed around enough.

They may just have "cut and paste" from US marketing material... I doubt they even know what adaptive headlights are

Yes Mark, I too am concluding this now but how unprofessional on their own site. Really poor PR of Jeep AU.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

Hi everyone, I have just re-ordered my MY14 JGC Laredo CRD Maxi Steel
ORA2/ql for the 2nd time since DEC12, I too have been chasing a E No for months and, last week my dealer finally got through Fiat/ Chysler Aus
ordering dept to be told that my order was never actually processed, but a
Granite JGC with simular options was being shipped instead So Ive
reordered with a June? build & delivery Sep/Oct. It does appear F/C Aus may not have processed all customer orders but are trying to match them from the incoming 2000+ stock.
So a warning to those who have not received a E no. - Have your dealer
check with F/C ordering to check that you are getting an near or exact
match. Waiting until the offical Jun/Jul release and needing to reorder, you may not see your car this side of Xmas.
Sorry for this info, but best of luck

Need some guidance. I have an opportunity to bring forward my delivery date. Order a GC Limited Black with Black interior, delivery August. I can get two options delivered in July: Limited Granite with Black or Limited Black with Black plus Pana Roof. What would you do?
