Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

Talking about Lease Finance (Commercial Hire Purchase), what's the best rate you've had? I've seen 5.99% with CBA. Anyone else seen better?

I've been quoted 6% from two dealers, but that is dependant on the individual (as I assume the CBA one is). If you don't have a spotless credit file you wont get 6%.

EDIT: I wonder if we can get finance from an American company, their rates are closer to 2%-3%.

  • Sill Guards,
  • Bonnet Protector,

all for $56,400 on road.

Any one else get better? Perhaps if we list the prices we get perhaps we could use these for leveraging especially if they ask for more money due to the new model.

Perhaps we could even acheive the same kind of discount as a bulk order.. or am I stretching a bit too far?

Your thoughts guys?
This is an exceptional price. As a TPI I was quoted $41.200.00 for a std 3.6l laredo petrol.

Has anyone got a quote for a SRT ? Mine is around 88K on road with an estimate of an increase of $1000. I am expecting to nudge 90k on road. That's with the HK stereo , tow pack and Plano roof ( which is std I think anyway ).

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

I've been indicated under 70k for a 3.6 petrol Overland, told the dealer ill be happy around the 68-69 mark. Not sure if this is good as everyone seems to be getting CRD.. But after my JK CRD I'm to scared to have two Deisel Jeeps.

Mats are standard on the GCs. Always have been on WK2s.

As for RRPs, easy to get well under.
I am interested in Ltd CRD official drive away price $65,533.
Currently quite a few listed at dealers on Car Sales for $59,000 - $60,000.

I was at Castle Hill the other day, they were listed as $67,500, reduced to $63,500. But that would have been easy to get them to match the others prices.

Might be time to get a few quotes. I just stuck to the dealer I've used numerous times thinking they were looking after me

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

I have just gone on to Jeep.com.au site and checked pricing on CRD Overlands for several dealers. I recorded their prices back on the 4/12/12 and most are now advertising the price $3k to $4K less now than on 4/12/12.....not that they would have any Overland CRD's to sell but I suppose they get you in and try to sell you a Laredo at a "run out" price.
