Is Jeep AU still saying there are no vehicles in Australia yet?

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

Now that Hymer has the skills to post the email pics from Ausbrian, how about some expert comment from the "car knowledgeable" members. Am I right or wrong. Is that a Laredo with the skinny headlights and very smart wheel trims....far better than those cheap versions we have seen on the American Laredo's. If true this is going to send Laredo buyers into seventh heaven.

Hi webber,

The two GC's are Billet Silver, one on the left is Limited with Lux package, one on the right I'm not sure. Tow hooks are obviously missing and the side mirrors are body coloured. In the second photo, the two GC's closest to camera are I think a Limited with lux package and a Overland. Hope that helps.

Cheers.

How you can tell that limited has luxury package I cannot see. Strange what the other car is. Looks like a Laredo with non laredo wheels and I did not think the Laredo got slim line headlights. More to the point, I wonder if mudflaps are fitted to the Overland as standard by the dealer because notice no mudflaps on the billet Overland. I know the My12 Overlands got the mudflaps as standard. Just might mean another small "add on" accessory cost.

The Limited with the Lux package has the 20 inch wheels with the black plastic mouldings around the wheel well and the lower fascia. I think you may be right, that might be a Laredo on the right as there is no chrome on the lower fascia. The billet Overland in the second photo is body coloured around the wheel wells and below the bumper. Zooming in on the Limited which is closest to the camera in the second photo has a Limited badge and has the 20's.

I didn't see any mud flaps anywhere.

Blakey is on a distinguished road
Is it just an illusion or do the JGC's in the photos have the side indicators integrated into the exterior mirrors now?
