What is going on? We have a spokesperson for JeepAU saying no cars until launch day in July and then Webber and others get strong advices that they have their cars in mid June. Smoke screen by Jeep ( why? ) or ?? Very confusing

Very bizarre and confusing

I'm still looking at the positive side of things and focusing on the excitement though

I can't have my car till the new financial year any way if it is in

Someone's punishing me. Our Overland is due to port on the 20th of June, meaning out of customs ready for delivery 10-14 days later. We go OS for 6 weeks, on the 30th.... so that means we can't even take delivery until we get back in August. That sux man!

No worries, I can pick it up and will take good care of it. I will even take some photos to email to you.

Cancel the trip. Some things are more important than an overseas jaunt. ;-)

If 10 days you will be able to get it, drive it to the airport and park it there for 6 weeks!
Better off not taking delivery so the money stays in your hands for the period

I don't think Anne Tanner authorised releases to happen that quickly.

Very, very helpful. Praise where praise is due I say.

I PM pics to quite a few guys. Some got different pics. Most got the same. If someone has the skills to put them up here you now obviously can. Otherwise I will have to read the instruction manual to do it later.

My dealer was hot on the phone today as soon as he got word. Shannon of Werribee Jeep said it is programmed to land at his premises on the 14th June.
He said if it arrives early enough he will have it "prepped" for me and registered and in my hands by the afternoon, otherwise I may have to wait till the next day. He has been very helpful, although I have had to keep most of it underwraps until now....so get on down to Werribeee Jeep and view those cars tomorrow, an Overland, a Limited and a Laredo will be on the floor sometime tomorrow. I cannot complain about the deal I got...it was hot. Ring the General Sales Manager, Shannon Bell on mobile 0415735153. Why am I doing this....because I got a good price and was kept informed which no one else would do. There is no money in it for me. My contract is "locked" in. As I said in an earlier post "Praise where praise is due".

The Granite Crystal Overland is there right now. The Limited and Laredo are due to arrive tomorrow sometime. Ring or ask for Shannon Bell. He notified me the other day within minutes of it coming off the truck. It's an easy drive on the freeways these days. I think the colours on all three display vehicles are dark....the Granite Overland. One of the others will be black. I cannot remember what the other colour will be. Ask him for the Webber price

Colozzie, I do suggest you ring his mobile before driving over....0415735153
