I was worried based on what I read but I didn't mind it once I saw. The tint was fairly subtle in my opinion.

Robo, from my POV (a woman's POV and we are better at styling concepts than you guys you must admit ), it's really nice. We have the black interior and the gold trim is very muted and warming and it looks exactly right.

Very happy with it.

Took a few pics at Penrith today.
They had a white Overland like Webbers but black interior.
Laredo in Max Steel, Granite & Forrest Green.
Limited Billet Silver and Max Steel.
SRT - White standard Wheels
Does SRT have the CD in the center consol?
Silliest thing I have seen putting it in there...

Personally, I prefer the matt silver in the SRT, ill wait till ive got mine and see if I can live with it. Im pretty sure though, ill be buying some kind of after market trim kit. Not a big fan of the wood either..... might be an age thing?.?

Yes unfortunately, the one I saw did. Only the Laredo does not have one.

It sure did, Laredo is the only one without.

Some more impressions in general.
We both far preferred the wheels on the Laredo to the Limited.
I find the Ltd wheels to be too bland, just like the earlier years.
The Laredo's are like a basic Spider Monkey wheel, much nicer.

Here is a picture of the Bronze interior of the Overland. I prefer the silver: http://sdrv.ms/10mUhrm

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

A couple of pics of ours (I've tried not to duplicate what has already been shown ie: interior)

Deep Cherry Red

Kumho 18" (thought they'd be Michelin but no matter)

'Since 1941' on left headlight (I like this detail)

'Willy' on right headlight (ditto)

Rear Camera

Skid Plates

Still trying to remain silent for a while but thanks to Auscop and swampy for your thoughts, and others. Erina, I will make a public post of the 3M experience. Goes in at 7.30am Monday. and all day Tuesday. They quoted me for 4.5 metres of film not realising Jeeps need 6.5 metres so said they would still honour quote. Also doing A pillars and across bridge of roof above windscreen. May ask to do the door sills to avoid scratching as one gets in and out. They sent me two Kleenex Tissues to place under a tap. I do not know if it's a con or what but it has been treated with the nano-protection being applied to entire vehicle as well. I could not wet the tissues. All water was repelled from the tissues. Nana is supposed to do the same with water and dirt apparrently. Can place it on glass and your beautiful 20 wheels to avoid brake dust eating into your wheels. I will post a reply as soon as I can.
Have only been able to admire my car all day today as been working. Truly beautiful. Virtually only had time to drive it home and a 15Km drive Saturday evening and now won't see her until Tuesday night. I am hoping they may let me stay a while as she is attended to. I am hoping I can stand beside her and comfort her by holding her wheels. Have not had time to check out the active cruise control yet. Have sent an email off to Shannon asking about the ambient lighting....by the way, he rang about 6pm last night to ask how I found the drive. Now I am trying to lay low to give others a chance so will report on these experiences soon. Here I go again blabbering but....just remembered, the rear vision is definetely better. Because of the flipper going they picked up space by lowering the wipers and not having to hide the "lifter" thingies behind black painted glass.
Snuke.....re the Light Frost interior. I love it but it will definetely need the protection. Shannon tried to advise against this colour as hard to keep clean. However, I have seen lots of people driving Merc's, X5's, Porche cayennes etc with light upholstery. I have noted how many higher class expensive vehicles have light upholstery. Its a purely personal thing but I just feel it looks more prestigious than black, and the chocolate brown trim is really good. With respect to the light upholstery I would suspect if you have kids may be a problem. Mine are long gone. I have told daughters though that all Grandchildren will be required to wear gloves and forensic suits before entering this baby.

Oh yes, who ever it was that picked up my signature thing at the bottom. I will change it soon.

Bugger, we are planning to order an overland with ORAII and I was hoping it would come with Michelin. All the reviews that I saw for the Michelin looked good but the opposite for kuhmo.

Does anybodyknow, Is it the latitude tour hp on the Laredo? It's the only tyre on their website that they sat matches a laredo.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

We have ordered a laredo CRD and the buildsheet comes up with 'TZHP Michelin Brand Tires' and 'P265/60R18 BSW AS On/Off Rd Tires'

In purchasing the ORA2 pack, does it change your tyre type down to michelins on 18"?

EDIT: still unsure if it is latitude tour HP or not, my google is failing
