Normally I would have but I had several irons in the fire and took one that only charged a $900.00 increase

Also a bit hard to judge price rise when different deals are going around with the MY13 at the moment. Spoke to a dealer today who had a MY13 Laredo, black CRD for sale on Saturday at $49,000 drive away, brand new. Add $900 to that and you have a MY14 for $49,900 drive away.

Well I think I have a decision to make and pretty fast. Still waiting on the bulk buy quotes and buy Allypally's post on that thread it is not off to a good start. The Overland that I have been offered at RRP or maybe a tad lower arrives in Port Kembla tomorrow afternoon. What would you guys do, take a car in the next few weeks or wait... and wait... and wait. ?

Hey All

Just catching up with a quick read through the posts from yesterday / today. There seem to be discrepancies between prices quoted by different dealers.
I have to side with Webber and advise all Jeep Garage members to at least talk to Werribee Jeep before signing on the dotted line. The deal I got without having to hassle was excellent with service second to none - all staff willing to help and spend time talking over the vehicle features.
There was a $4K variance in my favour compared to another dealer I had been enquiring through. An excellent trade in also saw me a further $4.5K better off than with the other dealer. $9.5K is good in my book and worth the trip. I live 1.5 hours away so am not plugging a local dealer. Tell Shannon or staff you are there because of Jeep Garage - I am sure they will help and put a smile on your dial.

Note that the formal price increase should be no more than $1,000 over MY13.

I was also given a VIN number and know which ship she is on and the ETA in Melbourne. Thanks to Webber for pointing me in the right direction.

The price I have quoted you is the new rrp that is what im selling the car for so if you donít want it im happy to refund your deposit

How do you negotiate with that ?
I feel for you mate. If you are within a few hundred Kilometres of Werribee I know where I would be going.

I am pleased to read this Colozzie because whilst you had posted you had been to Werribee I had no idea how you went. Shannon does not talk about that stuff because your deal with him is confidential. That is why I have stated here that I got a very competitive price and great service but Shannon asked me not to divulge my price because it only makes other customers dissattisfied even if he had given them a good price. As I have said, I push his name with a little trepidation because one day something may go wrong......and it was very pleasing to meet you at the wedding. Shame you could not make it to the reception.

It is RRP ($71000 + deliver $1900 + rego and stamp duty) may be minus a few hundred. I may try and get a Jeep jacket thrown in.
