Same engine, different terminology. The urea additive is a environmental requirement and its used to neutralise the harmful emissions of diesel. The US and Europe have high environmental standards on car emissions and hence use the urea.

Is amazing the disparity between the various dealer delivery charges. You were quoted $1900.00 where here in SE Queensland the ddc is $2700.00

Hey.. Better than what they tried to quote me here in Alice for dealer delivery... Close to $4500.. This of course is why I am shopping interstate.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

Ok so just been reading about forward collision warning on the spec PDF. Note 7 says that it is solely an alert system and does not take any action. However, when I was cycling through the 8.4" touchscreen on an Overland (at my dealer) I thought I saw a check box for alert + brake assist (or something like that).

Anyone know for sure?

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

Hymers pics posted for me. Unfortunately I arrived too late to witness the major facelifts to the front of bonnet, front bumbers, grille, etc. Across top of Roof above windscreen and "A" pillars. All were completed and looking good but will comment further once Nano protection completed. Can you see where the film was attached?
YES but far too early yet. For example, I did not know this film was already on my car supplied by the manufacturer. When it was pointed out to me I could easily see it but I have been staring at my car for two days and had not noticed it. Overlands have a small 3M film just forward of the rear wheels. I mentioned that this morning in an earlier post.
Top Left Pic: Computer 3M film cut outs on table top supplied by 3M for JGC MY14.
Bottom Left. Prepping mirror. Solutions include alcohol, water and soapee water. etc.
Top Right: Just checking size of mirror film before peeling from the backing paper.
Bottom Right: Wetting film with alcohol/water base prior to attaching to rear of mirror.

Will comment further when pick up car with work all complete. Thankyou again Hymer.

Remember, there are different delivery fees, from $0 to a few thousand.
Enter different post codes on the jeep website and you will see.

FCW will activate the brakes, but not 100% I have this on my MY13 Overland and have felt it working many times, often a false alert when it detects a slowing vehicle in another lane on a curve.

I have a signed contract for a 2014 Overland with ORAII for the same price as the equivalent 2013 - it actually ended up about $200 less. At the moment at least, I am expecting it will hold.
