My question is to anyone in WA with recommendations on dealers and any advice on anticipated pricing (via pm if necessary). I am pretty central to Perth and have started talking with Osborne Park and John Hughes - any thoughts either way?

Am chasing a CRD Limited, maybe with lux pack but not fussed either way.
I received a great deal locked in early in April with Andrew Rodgers at Osborne Park but he 's not overly forth coming with information unless you chase him. (I actually sent him the Spec PDF which was posted on this site by Alex Hennessey). I also had good dealings with Kristine Twomey at Wanneroo.

"[QUOTE=cptslobodan;843757]Actually Karter, webber isn't being mean but actually helpful (he's one of the goodies on JeepGarage - and a legend of the MY14 - you'll read why). I very much recommend that you pick an afternoon or evening and start from post no. 1 and you will learn HEAPS about the MY14."

I know about the car and ordered an SRT in december as I had done all my research then and knew exactly what I was getting. Other than final look shown at Detroit on Jan 14 and of course price.

Though happy to learn that for the revised model with 8.4 Screen , New dash, Steering Wheel, hood lining lights and 8 Speed transmission and the considering the weakened Aussie Dollar the price rise of only $1000-00 is fantastic. I would have though $5K at least .

So for me not to get an answer on a forum promoted to helping others is quite frustrating.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

Well:

Review of Overland!

ACC - No stop and start... I was testing it up to a set of lights last night and cuts out under 20ish... But cuts out.. So bugger! Not a big deal however stop start would have been cool.. I also thought it would have it..

The Really Bad:

Last night, 1hr after getting the car I was driving with my brother and noticed a wallaby on the side of the road.. He started off into the bush, THEN BAM! U turned back out into the front of the GC...

Taking it to panel shop today as have a hairline crack in the lower part of the front bumper paint... SO I GUESS I TAKE THE AWARD FOR FIRST TO HIT AND DAMAGE A 2014 JGC!!....

Note to animal people: Wallaby was A OK!, was a low impact bump but still enough to tarnish my wifes 1hr old JGC.. So I'm now in the dog house!

To everyone else, when you get them check for fogging in the headlights as we have some on both sides.. Have been told by the dealer if it doesn't clear up we will have new ones installed.

Apart from that it is the most amazing Jeep ever! The dash LCD is GREAT!!... Love the petrol engine as you would never know its running half the time.. So quiet and heaps of poke!

If any other questions let me know..

Also 64GB SD seems to work fine!.. Still testing all the tech stuff.. Blutooth Iphones with audio streaming is GREAT!!.. Auto plays when you get in the car and work with all media on the screen.

Hope you all get yours ASAP as they are GREAT!!

That is one award I am glad I don't have. Although I would not to talk too soon since chances are I will be doing a 3000km trip back home straight after buying it interstate.

WOW! that sucks Frad1312. at least I had mine 3 weeks before it got totalled. While I'm on here does any one know the name of the ship that has just unloaded in Brisbane? Milous says bris arrival 18/6. apparently mine is on that ship but I hope it stays on until Sydney or port Kembla. spent hours looking at ports websites, cant seem to work it out. I know the info's on this site somewhere so any help where to look would be hugely appreciated.

Do you realise that you got an answer 19 mins after your question?

Can't see anything for Brisbane on 18/6. Taiko scheduled to unload Port Kembla yesterday maybe that was it.

Quite possibly - need to confirm whether I'm in town that weekend.

Looking forward to it in any case.
