This is about what I averaged in my FPV GTE and also my Turbo Territory for the short runs I generally do.
My 6 litre SS ute get around 14 l/100klm around town - guess teh difference is down to the lighter weight overall. SRT is a heavy beast and you cant get around the physics of more weight means more petrol to move it.

Been doing the ring around for pricing on a Laredo and have been told that QL and ORAll have increased in price. $63.5k rrp for those options plus a towbar. Anyone else found that?

Sorry forgot to mention that was for a CRD.

No, it is a Laredo CRD. Was near on $2k cheaper than Werribee. Got it from Ben at Bendigo Jeep. Great young bloke who never crapped on like others have. More than happy to recommend him.

MY14 Laredo CRD with complete towing solution, cargo mat, on road $51,500. My original order back in January was for a MY13 as above for $49,500 but when I changed my order to a MY14 in March they slugged me an extra $2000 but still a great deal. I thought it was worth the extra money for the 8 speed, gorgeous facelift and other goodies. Back in March the dealer said the MY14 would cost $2000 more which I now know not to be the case. Car due to the dealer tomorrow. YAY YAY YAY!!!!

That's some pretty good deals and more in line with what I was expecting. Congrats to you all:-)

Discount New Cars has the RRP of
$61, 211 and I'm guessing a towbar would be $1200 max. I've had a Private Fleet broker calling me with prices at $64k. I told him not to bother calling me until he gets a price under $60k.

I'm from Sydney so I may need to look interstate for a reasonable deal.

Been a long long week, haven't had a chance to have my jeep page fix for a while..
hope everyone is well and new deliveries are being enjoyed and pending deliveries are getting closer.

Quick question for those in their 14's already, Have you guys thought the gear box is a bit rough changing down gears? It feels a Bit like being rear ended when your coming to a complete stop . Reading around tonight I noticed a few people from the states mention it but am curious to see if anyone in the au market feels the same?
