Pretty sure cherry is late availability, and even without that July will be pushing it unless it is built today. In the interests of saving you the heartache of delays, I would be expecting more like late Aug early Sep.

The wait will be worth it though!

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

Milous, I see your still viewing here. As Robo said, no news for a week. Have you any idea when the CRD Au Overlands are likely to start production. Do you consider a delivery date given by our dealers of June/July still reasonable. I am expecting I will be going with the Overland as, Unless you come up with that bombshell newsflash, you would have to say we are most UNlikely to get that beautiful, classy, upmarket Summit this time around. It will probably arrive just after taking possession of an Overland, ha ha. (I shouldn't be laughing because that will be no joke).

I'm out guys, I pulled the trigger on a Q7 today. I would like to thank all for the great interaction over the past 8 months. I still intend to track the AU thread as would like to see how the journey ends for you all.

Good luck to one and all. Special thanks to Milous for all your efforts, I just couldn't deal with the lack of respect jeep AU show the customers. The guys over in the US are all fantastic, wish that attitude came over here.

I don't blame you but you know what, I don't think Chrysler Australia gives a rats. This mob could wipe the floor if they had any respect for customer service. Q7's are great cars. Have considered them too its just that the JGC Overland offerred so much more for the dollars. Is their an Audi Q7 forum to follow? Good luck to you.

I understand where your coming from JKAU, I just hope Jeep AU read this and see how their poor management of this launch and poor customer relations effect sales..but I'm guessing they don't care as they are selling 900 a month.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

Yep, why would they care if they have lost one sale... What they don't understand is one sales leads to another and then to another etc..l before they know it they will be back where they were 3 years ago...
