Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

A few days ago I was joking with someone about their car looking like a flying saucer in the outback with bright ambient lighting being all one would see in the dark. I did say I would try and post some pics again, so for the benefits of those who have not already seen the disco machine.......

You only choose bright mode if you wish to appear like a flying saucer.

Looks like the gc gremlins moved to my mobile phone whilst I had it connected to the car via usb yesterday.

Last night moved some songs from laptop to my phone... and somehow the inxs album cover got placed against the noiseworks songs....

Didn't realise it until the incorrect album cover appeared on the u connect....

Colours can be muted to stealth mode so no requirement for sun glasses whilst driving at night. Lots of colours including yellow, pink, mauve, purple, orange, red, blue, green.

If that was the case... at least for being conservative...... shouldn't you have purchased a territory....

Hey Hymer, where's that Jeep of yours. My daughters got a Territory but I like the mean look.

Hi Salmo,
Good luck with getting the VON. Mine seems to be in the same production schedule as you, and have been advised they don't give out the number as people track cars and when info isn't correct JCA receive abusive calls....oh and also I was told, technically the car is not mine until handover, so JCA can reallocate the car to someone else....you don't need to know my response then...

Hi iwantanotherjeep, i noticed the same thing with the window seals on mine as well, went in to the dealership the other day to get the a/c looked at and checked out every other GJC they had there, about 7 of them. Every single one had the same issue

Same, same. Thought I was being a bit of a critic coming from a beema with the road noise. I put the seals flat and thought it made a noticeable difference to the road noise. I thought it may have been a result of the tint being done (Larado)

With the VR, same issue out of BMW. Really had trouble with the commands. Say "dial work" and next thing a Warwick I had in my contacts was on the line...

But I have a Toyota Aurian as a work car. VR is crap, it really is just for decoration.

For me, I will bide my time until the gremlins are sorted cause this is still one great ride

Edit. Read $100k + v's $50k with the same issue... Go figure
