For those that will tow, CRD is it, a must in fact, otherwise the 3.6 is cheaper.
If the 3.6 had the same tow rating as the CRD we would probably head that way as it won’t add up economically, so it becomes a driving experience thing.
But towing is the major factor for us, or we would just get something like a Mazda 3 for the missus, so Jeep GC CRD it is, one day, maybe.

There are plenty of MY13 CRDs out there in various guises, but I see too many advantages for MY14, so lets wait, and wait, and wait…..

I haven't forgotten about you guys, just not much new to report - the plant has so far built 400+ models destined for Australia, all are currently in QC, will let you know when they start shipping.

Milous, are these 400+ cars for spec on the Australian market or do you think they are for fulfilling orders because no-one over here have their E numbers yet.

and another question Milous, what are those 400+ petrol cars made up of,
ie, Laredos, Limiteds, Overlands and by chance, is there a summit hidden in amongst those?

Getting harder to hold on webber .. First March, then April , now mid May ! There is some hope in the other thread Milous mentioned export CRD should start before US production, not sure what that really means but I guess more will come

About 33% Laredo, 50% Limited and 17% Overland. No more Summits so far. Production is just getting started though.

It's likely that the earliest builds are for initial dealer stock. I'll keep an eye on the builds to see when customer models may show up.
