This is a good point as cutting up your front bar and wheel arch mouldings to fit a bullbar is probably an extra 2-3k exercise. Any mod I do to my vehicles I like the option of returning it to standard.

Cheers

By any chance did you purchase from John Hughes about three weeks ago? If so I'm pretty sure I saw your car in the flesh and it looked amazing!

Has anyone else been having issues with jeep customer service lately? Over 33 minutes waiting for someone to answer my call is beyond bulls***. They don't have any issue taking your money but when it comes time to getting some of your money back they don't want to speak to you.

Ah yeah no worries, looks remarkably similar to the one I saw. Our business has forgotten what our jeep looks like, we haven't seen it since 7th of September, and is currently stuck in Perth for the last three weeks until jeep customer service pulls their finger out for the stuffup and send it back down home.

Hi Philiphoney, I have called 03 8698 0200 in the past, and never waited this long. Might will be worth a try.

Regards,
Dom

I could go the Laredo those options for around $60k (going by the published numbers), that is a big difference, not sure I can justify $12k for leather seats and satnav......?
Good to see you made it across.

It is a bit more than just leather and sat nav.
Here are the differences, and yes, not really worth it, I justified it by knowing I will get most of this back when i sell it in about 3-5 years.
Wheel difference wont count as you are wanting ORA II.

— Leather-trimmed seats
— Dual rear exhaust with bright tips
— Power Liftgate
— Mirrors – memory, auto-dimming for driver and passenger
— Tyres 265/50R20 Kumho all-season (instead of 65/60R18 Michelin all-season)
— Wheels 20-inch polished wheels with Mineral Gray pockets (instead of 18")
— Memory System — Radio station presets, last station settings, driver’s seat position, exterior mirrors, power tilt/telescoping steering wheel settings for two drivers, actuated from driver’s door panel or each unique key fob.
— Heated second-row seats
— Heated steering wheel
— Power tilt/telescoping steering column
— ParkSense Front and Rear Park Assist System(2) — Sensors in front and rear bumper detect obstacles; includes shut-off switch
— Navigation with 3D mapping
— 9 premium AlpineŽ speakers including subwoofer
— Rear seats USB ports & Air Con controls
— Lighter timber trim on dash
— Tinted glass
— Deep tint glass on rear windows
— Interior front footwell and centre console bin lighting (Suspect Laredo has this too)

And the option for
Luxury Group II
Includes ventilated seats and axis perforated Nappa leather trim

One member on Whirlpool has been offered $49K for a Laredo which is a hot price, but that is standard Laredo.

Yep, I think I'll probably still go with the LTD, I do use satnav, and don't want to have to buy a stand alone model. And I like the leather, and the nicer stereo system, etc.

It seems the diesel holds it resale well, not sure if the LTD sells for much more than a laredo once they get to 6 or 7 years old, which is probably the time I'll keep mine.

Anyway, I'd like to hear about recommendations for Brisbane dealers......

Looking at 20111 & 2012s, yes the difference is still very clear.
Usually there is an overall percentage drop from original retail price, so it does stay in line.
Here are the 3 & 5 year depreciation predictions.
Jeep Grand Cherokee 62%, 44%

I was happy with Cricks at Logan Rd, Mt Gravatt . They make an effort to sell you a vehicle, unlike my local dealer.
