Mine was unloaded at Port Kembla 13/10 (11 days ago) and I'm still waiting.

I'd rather save the $5k and put it towards tyres and rims, roof rack, rock rails, tow bar and a recovery hook.

But I guess it will depend on what deal I can get on which model. I didn't think they were moving at all on the list price, but looking at the responses in here, there seems to be some wriggle room, maybe.

Thanks.
Actually the difference is just over 4k when you add in the LUX II option. While I would not have minded the safety stuff, I personally hate any glass roof and absolutely cannot stand 2 tone steering wheels so it is a Limited for me.

Mine arrived at Newcastle on 4/10, and will only arrive at Dealer in VIC 25/10...maybe....delayed due to SYD fires.

I wonder if ours will clear at the same time or if one of will be lucky like Hymer. I only just ordered custom plates on Monday. The door sills I was going to order on ebay are gone, and all others were twice the price.
Will order side steps early next month.

I guess another thing to consider is there are overlands in stock with the QD/QL already fitted, whereas not so much LTDs. I might be able to get a bigger discount on an oveland in stock, rather than waiting for a LTD with the QD/QL options. And then I could keep the 20inch wheels, and buy 18s and skid plates rather than the ORA pack. I'm planning on buying different 18s anyway, don't like the Laredo rims.

However, I do want the beige interior, not likely to find one of those in stock.

Got to get to cricks.

Car Sales shows one in stock in Qld at present with Red and Light Beige interior in diesel. It has been showing as in stock for a few weeks. I would offer them $71k drive away and work up from there.

Link for the vehicle is attached.

My Overland arrived at the Port of Brisbane on the 11th October, delivered to Cricks on the 18th October, take delivery 25th October.

BennO

Cricks at Mt Gravatt did a good deal for us, They gave us $5000 off the recommended price, our trade in was $500 under the max redbook price for our Pathfinder and the towbar, mudflaps, weathershieds etc were about half the retail price.

As well they gave us a bottle of MOET when we signed the contract.

And because our vehicle was over the luxury car threshold the tax department lets us pay $2431. How lucky we were.

That is interesting, 90 mins north of Brisbane has to be cricks noosa. Looking on their website they have some overlands at $72k drive away, but this and some others at $77k - $79k.

edit: Doh, they are petrol!

Another negative for the overlands is the carpet is beige, the limited has black carpet and beige seats/trim.

Thanks for that info, I'll definitely be going over to Mt Gravatt. They seem to be doing the best deals.

Enjoy the GC.....

Keep in mind that there is a about $5k difference between petrol and diesel so the lower price ones they are advertising may be petrol, but still start off at the $71k negotiations for a diesel Overland.

I had light colour carpet in my Calais, no big deal got stain protected the first day I picked it up, so will do the same when I finally get my Overland.

Granite Crystal CRD Laredo with QL/ORAII and Towbar $58,000 (NSW).
I reckon I could get at least another $1000 off that now.
Especially since the reverse camera is not standard equipment.
