Snuke,
I believe Shannon is managing the Fiat side of the dealership now.
I have been into Werribee Jeep a couple of times recently for warranty issues and Anthony and Andrew in the service dept are good guys to deal with.

There is nothing like it in it's class. BTW, and sorry to sound like a Crick salesperson but they also have a 6 year 200k warranty that comes with every knew car. I would also test them out on insurance. They have access to all the companies at trade price. As I said previously, my vehicle is now insured with suncorp for $494 full comprehensive with windscreen cover. I mention this as if you break a windscreen on the new Jeep you could be up for $2500 plus. The windscreens have to be compatible with the electronics in the rear vision mirror. My windscreen cover is for $49. cheers
Hi GSW80,

$494 premium is soooo cheap. May I ask which state are u in?. I had a quote from NRMA in NSW, est. premium $1k net of all discounts.

Well worth it.
No worries, I like to be able to save people money. Remember, "you don't know what you don't know" and if I can use the forum to enable people to benefit from my experience/mistakes, that's great

Good to hear from you again Webber. Agree 100% with your sentiment on customer service and business dealings.
"The missus" has been on at me to visit your great garden centre again - looks like we'll have to go for another drive in the beast - damn.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

From what I am reading there are only satisfied customers who have bought a vehicle from Cricks, which includes me.

Took delivery of our Overland yesterday morning . A very nice vehicle to drive. Went for drive yesterday at dusk, sunroof open, it was great.

Like to add mine was with RACQ at $860, new insurance with Suncorp via Cricks is $605 and that's with unlimited use of a replacement car if ours is off the road after an accident, also includes windscreen coverage.
Wife's car a Nissan Maxima also dropped by a $120 as well, so the savings are substantial.

They are great savings. tried to obtain a quote direct with Suncorp website directly for VIC - rates are nowhere near what you're getting. Best i have found is online with Commonwealth Bank.

[QUOTE="webber;916939"] Because I have done so little K's it will be on the 6 monthly service rather than the 10,000k's before I get back there for Uconnect Updates and to have a face to face talk with them about service and looking after clients. /QUOTE] if you're game Webber, you can do the Uconnect updates yourself. If you are after the aircon update, then you will need service support. Most of us are now operating on Uconnect version 13.39.51.

U r more than welcome but hold off until we can get some more staff. Running adverts in 4 newspapers for 7 weeks and with an employment agency for two weeks without success. A fellow jeep garage member should be presented with a better level of hosting than we offered last time, at the very least a coffee. Last time all we could do was exchange a few niceities between customers. Not good enough

Well worth it.
Just a tip, make sure the extended warranty is a genuine Jeep extended warranty (they are usually by "invitation only) rather than a third party Jeep branded product through IAG etc. I am still in the process of getting a refund on mine because I had to pay up front but when I received the T&C it wasn't worth it due to conditions and exclusions. The main ones were none transferrable, tied to dealer servicing, many items excluded eg body/trim, you have to pay for any diagnosis for warranty, it is pro-rata ie if your shocks pack up in year 4 they will only cover part of the expense and the list goes on.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

Just had a bet on the Moonee Valley races today. Race 3 City Jeep Handicap omen bet was Vibrant Rouge. Came in first!! Who said Jeep was a dud??? :-)

More spending money on some more bling.

Or just to pay for the first 10,000k service

Maybe Jeep Facebook may let me on their Facebook site again!!
