Thanks,

To give you another indication. See where your finger is pointing. It is not pointing at the rubber/plastic seal but actually at a gap in the floor. I can see your gap runs on an angle as it approaches the opening (tailgate). Mine is dead straight and snug with virtually no gap (spacing).

You "could" use E10, but mine will live on a diet of Premium 98ron (unless I can get racing fuel lol).

Hi Dogz are you able to provide a photo of what you've done. Thanks,

Strangely enough, 200sxr reported the same issue. It's not only the gap but the actual movement which concerns me.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

I have looked today and looked again today and I cannot see what you are seeing Domo.

Ours is tight without bounce (although I'm not sure what you mean by that but that's because I obviously don't have the issue).

There is no gap that I can see (?)

Can you do a video so we can see what you mean a little better?

E10 in an SRT? If your gonna do that, why not put some 18 inch Laredo wheels on it. And give me the launch control button.

OK, so after Webber's post I thought I would go out and have another look. So I undid the bolts for the luggage ties, and then removed the whole trim. Had a good look - couldn't see anything obvious, so I put it back together......it seems to have corrected, and the angle in the gap is no longer there, and the bounce (flex in the trim going up and down) is now minimal!!! I was however wearing a head lamp flashlight....leading me to think I accidently flashed the trim with a new update!!!
....................Oooooooooh go on!!!!

Re: E10, here is an interesting article - Unleaded vs E10—the comparison test | carsguide.com.au

While a couple of years old it seems straight 98 is about the same "price per KM traveled" anyway.

Edit - it is good to know that the SRT will eat any of the grades of fuel in Oz.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

They will tell you it will not be available for 6 weeks and hope you go away. After 6 months it will still be 6 weeks wait.
