Yes, highly likely. I'm winning by the way. I was actually going to send an email today to the dealer to ask when the order books open but I didn't want to jinx myself. I think I'll wait until the New Year.

Retrieving and combining the data from front and rear sensors, crunching that data and then passing it to the ABS system to act accordingly, I think is a walk in park.
So what you're really saying is CJ is like NASA????

I wish.

And is it just my imagination (or wishful thinking), but reading about Hymer's Big Red Truck, nothing goes wrong when you choose DCR. It's special.

No disrespect to Mr Law, but do you really think anyone of them is going to know the difference? No chance I reckon.

Pardon my ignorance, I'm a bit confused with the strip / ribbon lighting. Can someone explain the difference. Also, I noticed that the park lights (front & rear park lights) only work when the ignition is off. Is this normal?

Lets hope when they do manage it our jeeps don't end up costing similar to a Stealth Bomber or Mars Rover

It's in reference to the SRT models. We have a "regular" DRL strip in our front bumpers. The other models use the "ribbon" or "halo" effect lights in the headlight assembly as a type of DRL. With the SRT our ribbon lights only come on when the headlights are on, whereas yours come on all the time.

Probably me not being clear enough. The ribbon lighting was meant to refer to the DRL's which look like a continuous white light wrapped around the headlights. And what I meant by Strip lighting was referring to the LED DRL's made up of 5 or 6 lights in a straight line located on the bumper below the headlights which are only fitted to SRT's. Sorry.
