Snuke, it's great to see your wagon looks fantastic, a man of class and distinction, that paint and interior is a great combination. And those wheels really are the icing on the cake. Takes my breath away.
Oh, Did I mention I have ordered the same........should pick it up this coming week.
Seriously, very nice.

How rude, I made sure that was part of my contract.
In fairness to them, they were going to fill it up for me, but I had to get to a meeting and couldn't wait. They'll do the next couple for me no worries though.

I just wanted some with just the DRLs on instead of all lights as per this earler one.

Are you getting Black on Pink plates too. I actually really like the pink plates too.

The Granite Crystal was the misses choice, I wanted Silver, as it shows less dirt. I said no black no matter what after the black Pajero.
My company Falcon is a similar grey, so I now it shows dirt very well.
Max Steel was the other choice, but the variance in colour to light put her off.

You getting Lux II as well, don't see that on your spec filled signature.

All of the VR requests I tried work, I did not try an address.
The Nav system seemed pretty decent but it hasn't really done anything yet.
As it has traffic alert, i suggest everyone program their nav all the time even if they know full well where they are going. That way it can give you traffic alerts if there are problems ahead. Well sometimes they work, other time they come too late or not at all like yesterday afternoon.

Snuke,

Can you please confirm you get live traffic updates on your nav system?
I've tried but mine doesn't work.
I wonder if it needs to be registered?
Anyone else have traffic updates on their nav system?

The only way to tell, is to be driving into an area with a route calculated that has a problem.
I know this from my stand alone nav I use in the falcon. Unless there is an issue on your calculated route, you never get an alert.
I will have to program a trip to work, as it has roadworks that do come up for as an alert, but I can't remember at what point.

I wonder if it means it can only read up 16 Gig ??
Have found the Nav very accurate, used it extensively in Toowoomba , Dalby and some out of the way country towns., got me where I needed to go and with accurate arrival times, my only complaint is the speed warnings are a bit hit and miss. Actually haven't used my VR as I don't see the need, bit like Sari on the Apple, again personal choice.
What I do like is the cruise control, it's very smooth and keeps the speed setting spot on.

I've had my CRD Overland a couple of months now and since day one its had resonance in the front end that I can hear, as a sort of road noise drone, and feel in the steering wheel. It's always there, in a varying intermittent fashion, as long as your moving.
Road speed has no effect on frequency however road surfaces can effect severity.
The dealer tested one of their stock with 20in rims and it did the same.
Has anyone else out there come across this?
My dealer is scratching his head
I didn't have any issue, but I had the wheel alignment checked the week I got mine. Take it to a reputable place and they'll check out the front end, and should be able to tell you where it comes from.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

Thanks IBAJ,
I'm really tuned into mine and can hear it over the stereo, gets really annoying on long drives.
I drove a Laredo with 18s and it was practically non existent [ I thought it was resonating but it was so minor I may have been imagining ] certainly not an issue.
I hope it is something as simple as tyres -Jeep might have to put on a better brand [Cooper Zeons?]
Have you brought it up with your dealer?

SNUKE, you are confirming all VR requests are working. Am I to take from that that it finds every song you ask for by Song name AND Artist name?
Mine gives me very few by either song or artist...it keeps giving helpful advice like "Play Artists Amy Whitehouse". Wrong generation I am afraid!
