It was only 2 mins later when I know I turned it off that I realised I may have done it earlier.
I find the button lay out silly. On/Off should be where cancel is and vice versa, with the set and reduce buttons being more prominent rather than the centre button, ie the two buttons most likely to be used.
Hi Snuke, I'll check it out again. Admittedly, since the service, I did not test it again, nor did the service guy advise if any TSBs were applied. I did ask if there were any TSBs to be applied, and only told they would be if required, but no report or advice to confirm after the service if it was done.....

Your dealer should provide a service report/ invoice listing any factory updates undertaken

As they don't provide any protection I am looking at these ones
2014 Grand Cherokee side molding /door dings

They can be ordered in the correct colour per vehicle, they also do a chrome designed to fit too low though.
Now if only they would answer my damn emails.

There are also these ones which may do the job - Amazon.com: 4Pcs ABS Chrome Body Door Side Molding Trim For Jeep Grand Cherokee 2011-2014: Automotive

Although they may be too wide
Interesting pics SNUKE. Amazing how you find them.
Colozzie, with the ones you have fitted. Have you found they harbour dust and dirt behind them that leaks out after you have washed your car?
I have experienced that way back in the dim dark ages whereby dirt or dirty water would leak out leaving a stain mark just after one had washed the car. That could be annoying.

ps. I would imagine you are still at the stage where your car rarely collects any dust or dirt to accumulate behind the chrome to later leak out after you have washed her.

I don't like the look of it on white though. Dark colour cars would be better.
I went and got the 3m tape on like webber. I'm happy with that. I can see it but only when closer than 1 to 2m or looking hard. Better than stuffing up the awesome styling with a chunk of plastic.

Yep, I'm still very happy with the film. You really don't notice it at all. Look at my signature pic. The entire front is covered in film and a foot or so up over the bonnet. Pillars, mirror backings and across the top of the windscreen.

I had all that done... except, not sure about above the windscreen. He also made cups behind each of the door handles to protect from finger nails and wrapped strips around the edge of the doors to give some protection there. Oh and he also did the door sills.

Coreys, where did you get your wrap done and what was the cost?
Doug

I had it done by Paul at cleararmour.com.au. He asked me not to publish the price because it was his first my14 and under-estimated the complexity. Actually I think he said it was about the hardest he had done. All those good looking curves also the thin strips of paint on the grill area. He did love the car though. He was considering a gc but went with a Prado.

I called this morning to find out if any updates have been applied but there were none applied. I also have noticed when I am coasting and as I slow down it gears down, and have noticed a particular (like grinding) sound and vibration through the floor when it goes from 6 to 5. Has anyone experienced this?

Same noise for all those with ACC. Whilst this is not a technical brief, I'm of the understanding it is the system preparing the brakes so they are ready for you to apply them and if you don't, it will. Hence the noise as the brakes engage.
