That is your Uconnect version. Below that is the Navi Server version, and below that is the Map Database.

Your Uconnect version is two versions old.
The latest is 13.51.1 with NaviServer 9.10.2.337961 & Map Database CMCN4VP4ROW;NQNA2012Q2;20121211

So the maps are from either Q2 2012 or 11th December 2012.
The Navi Server I believe is the actual guidance software that tells you where to go on those maps.

Reading wheels mag tonight and all the readers comments about the VW. Expencive sevices and lots of breakdowns, an engine replacement etc. Maybe Jeeps are not the worst of the bunch?

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

Apparently it was Granite Crystal GC day today. I saw five of them, two were pre MY14 SRTs. One with rego MRFLTR and the other SRT something...
Also saw my first True Blue in the wild today.

I think it comes down to how quickly they can be fixed and back on the road. We had a bearing problem in a VW and even though the bearing had to come from Germany, the vehicle was back on the road in 4 days. The jeep need a part from the US and it took 4 weeks for the part to arrive and then a bit over a week for them to fix the thing..... all it was was a crank angle sensor. Ill let you be the Judge. Also, VW are expensive to service at the dealers, but I found a German Auto specialist who uses genuine VW parts and costs less than half the price. Ill give you an example. 4 x discs and pads at VW is $2800, same thing done at the other place $1100.

You are so right
If you look at similar forums on other manufactured vehicles makes. You will see in some a lot more issues then we see with the Grand Cherokee.

Not that we should ever back off and give the dealers and in particular Jeep Australia a free ride, holding them to account is the only way to increase service.

All,

Not sure where to attach this thread

I purchased a spare set of fuses for my MY14 JGC from my local dealer yesterday (ordered 3 weeks ago)
They are Micro 2 fuses which are appreciably smaller that a 'Micro' fuse
See below for OE part #
