I had read the wagoneer may not get made in RHD.... The renegade is the baby, like a Nissane Juke, Kia Soul or Mini Countryman.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

For those not seeing the other thread, BundySRT pointed out that prices were risen May 1st.
Anyone waiting to receive, check your contract and see what it says about price changes.

SRT, obviously they feel they can push that up far more as demand is just so much greater than supply and it is still far cheaper than the competition.

Was

Laredo 4x4 3.6 $46,000.00
Laredo 4x4 3.0 $51,000.00

Limited 4x4 3.6 $56,000.00
Limited 4x4 3.0 $61,000.00
Limited 4x4 5.7 $61,000.00

Overland 4x4 3.6 $66,000.00

ha ha thanks Allypally.

Replying to Benn0, I thought that ORAII only had the skid plates and 18" wheels. If I were to go serious off roading I would probably get the skid plates and RRO lift kit anyway so wouldnt be too dependent on QL.

I got my VIN number from the dealer today so off I go to get Level 4 Membership and send a PM to Milous . Time to track that bad boy.

On the overland... yes! That is because it comes standard with QL and Quadra-driveII (rear ELSD - locking diff).

On the Limited it comes with QuadratracII (no ELSD) and steel springs standard, so if you want that locking rear diff on a limited, you have to option ORAII. But a good lift kit and Quadra-Trac will do in most situations.

Have a look at Murchisons for a good lift kit.

Hi Peanuts

Can I have the link to where I can buy something half decent !

Just had my "camera" installed and it is a piece of junk.

Like looking at a TV with the brightness at max in the day, and just a black fuzzy screen at night.

Useless at "tits on a bull".

Makes the Jeep look and feel cheap.

I will look at Murchisons. I have been eyeing the Rocky Road. But in all honesty it will be a couple of years before the missus lets me even put a sticker on it .. its after all "her" car. atleast that's what she thinks

I wrote to the Insurance Ombudsman last night. Jeep is now trying to get parts down from a wrecker in Qld.

A new concern is the panel shop says Jeep will not provide them with drawings or dimensions as other manufacturers do. They said they will have to go to the car yard to measure other jeeps door measurements to make sure it is all true prior to welding. I think Jeep really do no intend to have roofs repaired.

Thank you

You are way more patient than me.
I am sure the IO will find AAMI are liable, as you have insurance for this reason and they have just dumped you.

If the vehicle is that damaged, it should be written off.

I no longer have the link to the camera I bought but just look on Ebay for CCD cameras which you can fit by splicing into the original wiring. this is a link for one for a Prado which might do it for you. The second one is the one I'm pretty sure I bought.

If you're not happy with the camera (you must have a Laredo), take it back to the dealer and get them to fix it. You can't have a dodgy camera on what is a classic 4x4 - which is 100% decent. We can't fix the camera for you but if you feel better to vent here, then consider that you've now vented.

Call the dealer in the morning.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

Has anyone been contacted by dealer for national recall, re brake? I mentioned it to my dealer about the recall which already appeared on ACCC website, yet the dealer has no knowledge of it.
