Did you take a look to see what are options? Can compare to page one of this thread
Did you see the Overland options? Was QD11 standard?
Mark, is that QDII what powers all four wheels seperately if one starts slipping both front and to one or both wheels to the rear? That being the case it would be a feature worth considering. Does it need to be included at the time of construction or can it be added as an option later?, and any idea of cost for this feature?
Now, if it was standard on the MY13 you would think the MY14 would also get it.

Robo_70
I have just looked at Milous' thread again on page #1 and for the Overland Hemi it does list it as getting the Quad-drive II 4wd system. That being the case why wouldn't the Overland Diesel get it as standard?

FICTION: E numbers are only issued when the car leaves assembly line
FACT: E Numbers are issued when the order has been accepted.

FICTION: Don't believe anything you read on the JeepGarage site
FACT: Don't believe half the bs told to you by dealers.

FICTION: The Australian cars specs have not been finalised yet.
FACT: They are building these on a daily basis, and a ship load are already on the seas.

FICTION: New Orders are backed up until Nov
FACT: If you ordered a car today, you would probably expect it around August.

FICTION: CRD's for Australia have not yet started build.
FACT: Yes they have

FICTION: Dealers are happy with the situation with CDJ Aust
FACT: Dealers are as frustrated with CRD Aust as you are.

Allypally... Agree the dealers are also frustrated but they are responsible for most of the misleading information in the other fiction topics in your post.

Clear as mud Robo...but I have googled Quad Drive II and watched a video. A very handy addition. I hope the Overland gets it.

If they have actually started making Overland CRD's it makes no sense that E numbers cannot be issued!

BS, mines an SRT... I'm still chasing an E number. In fact I'm over it... I think it is time to ditch this brand. Older models had a poor reputation, and I obviously can't trust the Aussie company to support me if this one is as bad. My dealer knows FA even after all this time... These idiots couldn't organise a beer in a pub.

Most on this site would have found this video. A beautiful metallic red Overland with the Light interior. I will be going with the bright white/light frost interior but this red one is very tempting.

One thing I noticed was lack of CD and DVD connectivity. Is that the case?
