Anyone help?

I am assuming of course that the software hasn't magically backdated itself
PB - you're not thinking of the procedure whereby you:

Unsync
Bring Drivers side all the way to Hi
Bring Passengers side all the way to Hi
Wait for a bit - as in 30secs
Bring Drivers side down to Lo
Bring Passengers side down to Lo
Wait for a bit again
Return both to normal temp
Press Sync

That was only a temporary fix until the TSB was released. Well for us anyway ie: it worked in the short term (prior to the HVAC flash).

Steve,
Benny was the sales man that finally delivered my Overland last week and is a good hand. Tony is a good bloke too. I am sure that they will look after you.

The process for obtaining a replacement car has been an ongoing saga of underwhelming performance by the insurer and our broker. The dishonest conduct of Jeep Osborne Park hasn't helped at all.

I think most of the chit chat about it is in the WK2 Australia thread. Thanks for asking though... I need both a shoulder and soapbox at the moment!

Cheers,

So sorry to hear, hope you are all physically ok

Yeah that's the one, I tried it from memory and haven't been able to get it to go into the flutter mode which it did last time to reset. Oh well, I'll try another day when it's colder.

Thx

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

I noticed diesel engine sound is quite conspicuous inside the cabin, my kids said it feels like sitting on aeroplane. I watched review video, and driver claimed that it's quiet inside the cabin. What's your feedbacks on yours?

Just a quick question. How long did you guys have to wait for your reverse camera to get installed in your Laredos. Been told maybe October ( only had car for a month)

Cheers.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

Couple of months but I was lucky. I hope by then they have changed cameras. As the ones they are putting in are poor quality. Just a blurry mess at night or in bright light.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee information - Australia

I find the cabin is very quiet. Lot better than the Kluger was. Wouldn't know it was a diesel most of the time. Very Happy with it.

I saw a 'Black Hawk' version today of the GC Diesel. Looked impressive.

Interesting to hear your feedback. Maybe my feeling of loudness is due to being my first diesel SUV, and compared to my petrol Camry. Was Kluger petrol?
