Chrysler still have a long way to go with their technical maintenance programs.
The dealers dont seem to get (or rather ignore) the full TSB listing.
They should be bringing up all the recalls (P) and rapid response (RRT) issues.
I called up about applying this TSB for the rattle and DPF errors. They had no idea about the "TSB" but the only thing they could find was the RRT14-104 which is actually one in the same thing.
Mine is a May'14 so i just missed out on the having to recalls for the sunvisor A/C , cruise control, ORC etc etc. Have no experience of recalls yet. Don't know what all the fuss is about.
(Jeep had the national record last year for AU recalls, if you read the "news". Holden Craptiva is challenging it this year)
All the dealers should have the recalls and RRT's coming up on the system for every vehicle.
Maybe the problem is that if they did not have the parts available (eg sunvisor for P36) to be able to do the recall then it would not come up to be applied.
