Gforce is a name known to all
Relaxing now with one of my fine reds I bought from the Clare the other day. Got a lot of drinking to do tonight as some of the bottles say "Cellar until 2020" it is already 18:15 so I only have just over 2 hours to get them finished.

Over all the trip was fantastic. I am so in love with this car. It has amazing fuel economy filled up 700kms ago and still have over 1/4 of a tank... WOW. This is a good think cause while we were gone diesel jumped to $1.77 p/l

There is not really much I don't like about Baa Baaa she is awesome. I am sure there is more I could say about the trip but it may bore you to tears. If anyone has any questions post them or PM me and I will do my best to answer.

Thanks for following our journey.

Regards

Congrats, good to see you and the family made it home safe, and no Cops... Funny that.
Enjoy that wine, glad you are happy with your Jeep GC.
A big thank you for sharing your journey with us, may there be many many more.
Cheers for now,
Greg

That Kangaroo had obviously just melted into the roadway and somehow was invisible even with high beams. It shows you how dangerous night driving is. Had that Roo just jumped one jump or two my brand new Overland would have had serious damage. I am thinking of getting these LED driving lights that come in a wide strip about 60cm wide on the front of the car that I have been told will light up the entire front, road and across into the paddocks like daylight. But first I am going to have to find some form of chrome nudge bar or something to mount them on. I do not want a bull bar or nudge bar that will cover the beautiful lines of this car so am going to make some inquiries.
Webber did not really do any night time driving, got to test the high beam and auto adjust while driving in the outer suburbs of Canberra. Very impressive. Did do any night time driving on purpose due to the Kanga issues. Been driving over 30yrs and have never hit a roo yet. I have to laugh at some of the Yanks I work with, they will go home after 2 or 4 yrs and say... I only hit 1.. Or 2 roos... I am like what the...

Well almost safe. Bugger about the window

Do you have the windscreen option on your car insurance? Looks too big to be fixed so bam a new free window. If you don't have it maybe add it, 50 bux a year would be peace of mind, I imagine it would be very exey

Re: Baa Baaa's Long Trip Home

Hope you do have cover or they can fix it. I have a crack from a stone the other day. Went to look into getting it fixed and the windscreen is $2000 unfitted. Plus I have been told you have to have all the sensors on the screen recalibrated as well.

Ouch ... I suspected as much ... I had no hesitation in ticking that box .. Even if I don't use it over the 3 years I have the car, the $150 it will have cost in that time is worth my not being paranoid every day lol
