This is the same discussion I have with the missus.... why do you need different wheels???

I just hate the laredo rims, I got the black 10 spokes for a good price, I'll sell the laredo rims and rubber. Now I have the car in the garage I hate the laredo rims even more that I thought I would. Got to get out there with a jack and start changing wheels ASAP!

Re: Benn0's build up thread

Fair enough.
I knew that ORAII came with the 18's.

I'm in the process of getting myself a second set of wheels with some AT's for trips away.
I've got 2 brand new Laredo 18's and just waiting on 2 more to come in.

I'm going to paint them gloss black before I get tyres fitted, but I don't mind the look of them as they are anyway.

Yeah, in the overland I wouldn't have bothered with the ORAII, and just bought skidplates separately. Kept the 20s for town and highway, and a set of 18s for offroad. But if you want the rear ELSD in the LTD then you need ORAII and you get the laredo rims, no choice.

Hey Matty470 are they 2014 Laredo rims? Would be interested in seeing how they come up painted black, thinking of doing the same thing.

Got those Chief hooks on yet Benn0? Eager to see how they look. Hopefully your photography skills are better than others.

Funny that eh, we hated the 20s on our Ltd and had them swapped to the Laredo's which we both like.
So you have had it a day, have you finished fitting it all yet?
Well, why not, don't give me excuses.

Re: Benn0's build up thread

Yes, yes... I really want to, but the missus has been in bed all week with the flu, and I'm looking after the kids. The little one will be at kindy tomorrow, so I should have time to get the wheels on.... if my customers don't bother me!

I've had my Laredo rims painted satin black, they look pretty good.

Re: Benn0's build up thread

1 on, 3 to go.... one of the lug nuts was very loose, something to add to the check list.

I'll take shots of clearances later, but my fingers squeeze around all the tight bits on the front tyre in park mode.
