Bouquet for Jeep Service Manager
I know that there has been a lot of flack fired at Jeep service in these pages and rightly so in most cases.
I would like to thank Lyall at Sunco on the Sunshine Coast for his very professional and understanding approach during my dealings with him over the past week.
I have had a DPF issue and through a comedy of errors it has not been fixed. This has been due to staff away and a paper trail not adhered to (parts not ordered etc)
Lyall was aware of this at the end of the day last Thursday, has phoned me several times to advise me of progress and yesterday I was witness to a meeting between him and all Jeep workshop staff advising of new procedures to prevent this from happening again.
I know that problems occur and mistakes are made. Its the putting right that counts.
