I saw some owners in the US reporting that issue. I would approach JA and request a replacement. Won't hurt to try. Afterall, you expect the dash to last longer than 3 years.
Mine lifted around the centre speaker 1 week out of warranty...seemed to coincide with the windscreen replacement a couple of months ago. I have popped out the vent grill today and hot glued the "leather" back down. The job came out alright but I will see if it survives next summer...that is if the hot temperatures remelts the glue. My only issue is I cant seem to click the vent grill back down between the centre speaker and the windscreen. I am not sure whether there is a trick to this. The rest clips in nice and snug, just that the vent panel is slightly lifted in this area. Off to do a bit of research but if anyone can send a photo of the panel around the centre speaker, it would be good to compare mine.
Had the dash in my very early MY14 replaced under warranty at about 5kkm. It was an awfully executed job and I spewed every time I got into the car. Nickjac has a happy story, but that only makes for even odds for having the work done.
Dash leather on my MY14 overland is lifting as well. Just one 40 degree day in Sydney and a huge bubble appeared. Also, left rear window does not wind down. Making an appointment with dealer next week.
