What were your original tyres? Can't possibly be Kumhos

A lot say the Khumos dont get much millage. I'm at 26,000km and I look like I've barely scratched the surface. I reckon I've got at least 80% thread left.

Far from it. Deepness probably at least 1/3 of a 5c coin. Service reports all check tyres to be fine.

Not sure what your doing with your tyres.

The Kumhos are good tyres... provide one never leaves the bitumen... not even to go up a gravel driveway. I got only 10,000km out of mine.

Sorry Silverhammer, I forgot to confirm... with the vehicle accessories on you press and hold the passenger side hot and cold buttons until it comes up. Having said that, the suspension setting for alignment is just under "Setting" in the normal U-Connect menu. If you can't see the three modes, I have no idea what's going on!

Cheers,
Bamboo (aka STEVE)

Well had my wheel alignment done by a 4wd alignment specialist in Padstow. Old school but a genius. After 2 alignments by dealer, this guy shows me the adjustment nuts still had the paint on them, never touched. After 3 hrs tweaking front and back, the car is perfect, runs dead flat and straight. Front End needed massive track or toe in adjustment. Rear minor tweak. He said the front was so bad I shouldve heard Tyre Screeching!

Set the car in Sport/aero mode as per specs for the alignment but the genius said let's split the settings difference between aero and standard ride height. Just Perfect! It's now running zero toe in at aero which suits freeway driving but reverts to 3 degrees for normal ride height around town. After 20 km it has transformed turn in and feel around town and roundabouts. Highway could be hands off. Best $ spent on Jeep so far. PM if interested in the business.

Good result! So the 3x "service" suspension modes are not available in your U-Connect? These differences are quite confusing...

Cheers,
Steve

Yep Barboots they are AWOL, part of the malfunctioning head unit that 13.59.1 didn't fix.

Don't know what I'll do if I have a flat???? Or need to get towed???

If the Blue tooth was working I might be able to call someone I suppose....
