Also I was surprised to find out that I am being charged for the 1K Service. I thought this was free I am sure. Can someone please confirm or deny this.
I was advised that the first 1K service was only free if it was done at the place of purchase.
Regarding the 4wd issue, I'd be inclined to call Jeep Australia and have your vin checked to see if the issue relates to your vehicle. Being new it may have the software update already. My dealer was able to look up my car and advise that issue was listed against my VIN number.
