Probably for the first time I drove on a rough road at night. Ivan see a slight vibration in the light on the road. It's mainly low down and off to the corner a bit. Not a problem if it because the headlights are mounted on rubber or something, but maybe if something's loose. Anyone noticed anything similar? Or know how the headlights are mounted.
The standard lights are HID, so they have levelers. You see them level out the HID, when you first turn them on.
As with any moving device, it has give and may have a tiny shake.
However any dips or rises will cause the levelers to kick in, which may be what you are seeing.
It's a higher frequency than the self levelling- maybe a few times a second. But the idea that because they are designed to move they may shake a bit does make sense.
Thanks,
Russell
