Re: How often do you clean your ride

Interested in what people are using on their seats as well. Wondering if anyone is using the same on the dash and the doors?

Re: How often do you clean your ride

I have the Meguiares leather conditioning wipes. Seem to do a good job and does not leave any oily residue.

Re: How often do you clean your ride

Lets just say that the nice thing about six monthly service intervals is that my car will now be washed twice as often...

I use Zaino's leather care products. The cleaner is great and you wouldn't believe the dirt it shifts, followed by the same brand conditioner. Smells like leather that lasts for months. Wouldn't touch anything else. Doesn't block the holes in the Nappa. (Same kit is used on the dash and doors). I use Mothers Naturally Black on the plastic trim interior and exterior. (Found it to be one of the best through trial and error).
Tyres are shined with Meguires Endurance Tyre Gel that sprays through my compressor pretty well.

Anything with the words Armor All in the title is not allowed to come within 200m of my car!!

Haven't heard of Zaino's. Sounds good, where do you get it from?

Re: How often do you clean your ride

I have ordered Zaino's.
By the way, Snuke, I think you are wrong about the date their website was designed. I think it was prior to 1853. Really is a poor effort. At least they do have a shopping trolley facility.

Snuke - you're being unkind. Whilst not the prettiest site, it's straight-forward with a smooth cart and check-out procedure.

I also have ordered the Leather Care Kit in the last hour. Thanks Glenn

Sorry guys....got man flu so been incapable of lifting my hands to the keyboard. I get mine from here, including the associated cleaner. You'll love the long lasting leather smell.

Car Care Products / Zaino / Interior / Leather & Vinyl / Z10 Leather Conditioner

Edit, I see Zaino's is cheaper than CarCare. Shipping to Qld with Carcare is $12. Not sure direct from Zaino's but I'll also try these guys out next time. Make sure you get the cleaner as well. It's pretty good!!

Re: How often do you clean your ride

Is there anything specific I should be doing with the perforated seats? Just give them a vacuum? I have a toddler who loves sand. I reckon the perforations in the back are going to fill up pretty quick.

Re: How often do you clean your ride

Fill them up with chewing gum first, then no sand can get in.
